Channel Sales Manager

The Channel Sales Manager will support sales and partner relationship responsibilities for all partner types that are critical to Glance’s business.  This role will focus on growing sales and revenue through partners by developing and nurturing existing relationships and recruiting new partners.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships within partners across functional areas including Engineering, Marketing Sales, Operations
  • Onboard and enable partner teams
  • Strengthen and recruit new partners
  • Lead sales enablement training for partners
  • Develop partner specific GTM and marketing plans
  • Operate with speed and integrity across all levels within the partners
  • Recommend sales strategies and promotions with partners
  • Generate leads with partner organizations
  • Expand key partner relationships and Glance’s impact within those partner organizations, realizing the full potential of Glance's solutions
  • Develop strong relations and advocacy with key partner decision makers, their ecosystem, as well as internally to support the growth of joint opportunities
  • Understand partner’s business imperatives and manage the delivery, adoption, and knowledge transfer of Glance’s GTM messaging and strategy to partners
  • Negotiate agreements and terms serving both Glance and our partners
  • Meet or exceed revenue objectives

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience working for or with CX/Contact Center/CRM/SaaS Organizations

  • 3+ years of indirect or direct channel experience with technology organizations

  • Experience working with various partner types such as VARs, SIs, and Referral partner organizations

  • Strong presentation skills

Expectations:

  • Travel as needed to partner events and conferences to cultivate and enhance partner relationships

  • Participate and complete company training courses

  • Approach role and core responsibilities with a sense of urgency

  • Maintain integrity with partners, customers, co-workers, and all you encounter

  • Participate in company meetings, sales meetings, trainings, and other company events

Work Location

Glance works primarily remotely.  For local team members, we have opportunities to visit our office in Wakefield, MA for collaboration and meetings.
