Ian Pavlechko

Ian Pavlechko has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Ian is currently serving as a Partner Sales Director at Glance since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Genesys for nearly 7 years, starting as a Sales Associate in June 2015 and eventually becoming a Channel Sales Manager in July 2016. Before joining Genesys, Ian worked at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence in different roles, including PureCloud Account Executive and Sales Associate. Ian also has experience as an Account Executive at Xerox and as a Market Manager at Drees Homes.

Ian Pavlechko completed their education at Indiana University Indianapolis, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Business. Ian further pursued higher education at Ball State University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree with a field of study in Sales Management.
