Brenda Franco

Brenda Franco is a Human Resources Generalist at Glartek since October 2022, focusing on recruitment, talent management, and the management of the People Life Cycle, including onboarding and offboarding. Brenda is also responsible for legal tasks related to contracts, social security, and compliance with legal obligations, as well as the implementation of benefits and HR policies. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Specialist during a master’s degree internship at Beatriz Godinho Saúde and another position at Bomcar Automóveis S.A. Brenda holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Coimbra Business School | ISCAC and a degree in Human Relations and Organizational Communication from the Polytechnic of Leiria.
