David Sibbald

David Sibbald is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and healthcare sectors. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Aridhia Informatics Ltd since October 2008, David leads the development of a cloud-enabled digital research environment aimed at enhancing clinical research and precision medicine. Additionally, David serves as Chair of the Glasgow Science Centre since November 2016, focusing on inspiring the next generation of scientists and engineers. Prior to these roles, David was Chairman and Co-Founder of Sumerian until its acquisition by ITRS in May 2018, and held senior leadership positions at Cisco, where responsibilities included marketing and business development, and at Atlantech Technologies, a company co-founded by David and later acquired by Cisco Systems in 2000.
