Elay T. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Elay began their career as an Army Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served for seven years. Following their military service, Elay worked at Velis Media as a Campaign Manager and later as a Team Leader for WEB Campaign Management.

In 2016, Elay joined ConvertMedia as a Video Mobile Ad-Ops specialist before transitioning to Taboola, where they held various roles. Elay served as a Video Optimization Analyst and eventually became a Team Leader, overseeing the Programmatic Video activity of the company. In this role, they managed a team of Video Analysts and was responsible for training new employees and setting team goals.

Elay's expertise in web and data analysis led him to UM Digital - Tel Aviv, where they held the position of Web & Data Analyst. During their time at UM Digital, Elay conducted data and marketing analysis, set up measurement features, and provided insights and recommendations based on collected data. Elay also lectured, taught, and consulted on the measurement cycle and managed database structure improvement projects.

In 2020, Elay joined GlassesUSA.com as a Senior Web & Data Analyst, where they currently utilize their skills to analyze website and data performance.

Throughout their career, Elay has worked with various tools and systems, including Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, CRM's, and SQL. Elay has demonstrated strong leadership and analytical abilities, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Elay T. completed their high school education at Handesaim High School from 1999 to 2003. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Criminology at Bar Ilan University from 2011 to 2012.
