Phoebe Ashworth has been working in the art industry since 2013. Phoebe began their career at Pace London as a Personal Assistant to the President and Gallery Assistant. In 2016, they moved to Affordable Art Fair, where they held the roles of Website Manager and Customer Service and Trading Executive. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Experience Manager at Glassette since 2022.

Phoebe Ashworth attended The Godolphin and Latymer School from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained A-Levels in Art Phoebe'story, Drama and English. Phoebe then attended the University of Nottingham from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art Phoebe'story.
