Terry Harman

Terry Harman began their career in 2012 as a Senior Sales / Assistant Team Leader at Dixons Carphone. In 2013, they took on an additional role as an Administrative Assistant at RIGHT CHOICE INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED. From 2015 to 2021, they held two positions at Computer Talk LTD, as an IT Infrastructure Engineer and a Technical Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they started working as a Cloud Support Engineer at Glasswall.

Terry Harman attended Havering College from 2008 to 2010 and earned a BTEC National Diploma in IT Practitioners. Terry has also obtained several certifications, including a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in December 2021, a 3CX Basic Certified Engineer v16 from 3CX in July 2021, an Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4 from LinkedIn in July 2021, a Google Education Deployment from Google in April 2020, a Wise 2017 from Ruckus Networks in January 2019, an Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration Basics 10.12 from Apple in February 2017, an Endpoint Protection (Plus) Technical Course from Panda Security in February 2017, and an A+ from CompTIA in 2017.
