Jennifer Gephardt

Jennifer Gephardt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer started their career at Glatfelter Insurance Group in 2014 as an Underwriting Program Trainer, where they trained underwriters on various programs. Jennifer then became a Program Training Supervisor in 2020, overseeing the training program. In 2023, Jennifer joined WellSpan Health as an Administrative Assistant, where they provided administrative support. Jennifer later transitioned to the role of Medical Staff Coordinator, responsible for coordinating medical staff. Jennifer then became an Accreditation and Licensure Coordinator, ensuring compliance with accreditation and licensure requirements. Jennifer currently works at Glatfelter Insurance Group as an Associate Operations Trainer, where they train new employees on operational processes.

Jennifer Gephardt earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 2006 to 2010. Jennifer is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Southern New Hampshire University, with an expected completion date in 2022.
