Dustin Heslep

Dustin Heslep has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Dustin is currently the Vice President of Global Product Management at Glatfelter, where they are responsible for portfolio improvement and leading a global team. Prior to this, they held the positions of Vice President - Business General Manager Spunlace and Vice President of Finance - Spunlace at the same company.

Before joining Glatfelter, Dustin worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where they held multiple roles. Dustin served as the Accelerated Sourcing Transformation - Strategy and Finance Leader, responsible for transforming the sourcing and procurement organization. Dustin also held the position of Chief Financial Officer, Nonwovens Business, where they oversaw financial planning and analysis, competitor review, and divestitures.

Dustin Heslep holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Finance and Economics from Baldwin Wallace University, which they completed in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from Kent State University in 2002, majoring in Computer Information Systems and minoring in International Business with Spanish. Additionally, they have a certification in "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" from Coursera, obtained in 2014.
