Kathy V. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Kathy currently serves as the Vice President of Global Operations at Glatfelter, overseeing manufacturing facilities across multiple countries and leading safety and quality initiatives. Prior to this, they were the VP of Operations, Supply Chain, and Safety at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, where they focused on driving consistency and performance improvement throughout the organization. Kathy has also held leadership positions at OMNOVA Solutions, including VP of Safety, Health, Environment & Security/Regulatory Affairs, VP of Global Operations, and Global Director of LEAN SixSigma/Performance Excellence. Kathy began their career at DuPont as a Staff Engineer/Six Sigma Black Belt. Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated a strong track record of developing and executing strategies to improve operational efficiency and organizational performance.

Kathy V. has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. Kathy also holds a LEAN SixSigma Black Belt certification.
