Kristine Pence, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Global Total Rewards at Glatfelter, a position held since November 2020, after previously working as a Global Talent & Rewards Analyst. Prior experience includes roles at Elior North America as a Senior Compensation Analyst and Compensation & Benefits Analyst, and at Babcock & Wilcox, where positions included Compensation Analyst 2 and Compensation & Global Mobility Analyst.
