Diana Scherer

Diana Scherer is currently the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Glaukos Corporation. Prior to this role, Diana served as the Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at ECMC Shared Services Company. With experience as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, Diana has a background in negotiating and coordinating transactions in real estate law, as well as representing lenders, investors, corporations, and federal entities in various legal matters. Diana holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
