Nicole Deschamps

Nicole Deschamps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at GSK since January 2007, currently serving as Senior Director in External Development Operations and Process Excellence as well as Strategic Product Quality. Nicole has a strong track record in ensuring product quality standards for small molecule and biopharmaceutical products throughout their development and launch. Key responsibilities include leading quality workstream teams, representing quality in cross-functional project teams, and overseeing Chemistry and Manufacturing Controls (CMC) regulatory submissions. Previous roles include Manager of Capability Development and Change Management, where responsibilities encompassed driving advanced manufacturing technology integration and outsourcing strategy. Nicole's career began as a Coop Student and subsequently a Graduate Student at Stanford University, where a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry was earned, following a BSc in Chemistry from McMaster University.
