Pavla Veselá

Pavla Veselá is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in regional and global HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Area HR Business Lead for Central & Southern Europe at GSK since January 2015, Pavla oversees HR strategies for a commercial organization with over 800 employees and is a member of the EU HR Leadership Team. Previously, Pavla held key positions such as HR Cluster Head for Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, and Greece, and HR Business Lead for Global Medical Affairs, focusing on HR strategies across 70 markets and a workforce of approximately 1,900 employees. Earlier roles include HR Country Manager in the Czech Republic and HR Generalist for CZ/SK. Prior to GSK, Pavla worked as an HR Specialist at Alliance Healthcare and held recruitment positions at Adecco and Barker Ross. Pavla holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Charles University.
