Shweta Mathur

Shweta Mathur is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in global sourcing and indirect procurement. Currently serving as a Sourcing Manager in Global Procurement at GSK since August 2021, Shweta leads sourcing projects for the Marketing & Sales and Professional Services categories across UKI, SEA, and US markets. Prior to GSK, Shweta held the role of Senior Category Manager for Indirect Procurement at Anheuser-Busch InBev, overseeing various non-commercial indirect categories including insurance and technology, and previously managed Capex and MRO procurement. Shweta's career began at Bosch as a Senior Engineer in Purchasing & Project Management, focusing on vendor optimization and cost-saving initiatives. Shweta holds an MBA in Marketing from ISIM Jaipur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Control Engineering from Government Engineering College, Ajmer.
