Cassie Crail has a strong work experience in various fields. Cassie began their career in 2015 as a Property Coordinator for Alpha Gamma Delta and a Marketing Intern for Central Bucks Family YMCA. In 2017, they worked as a Seattle Web Search Recruiter for Seattle Web Search, a Business and Entrepreneurship Team Advisor for National Student Leadership Conference, a Marketing Research Specialist for National Student Advertising Competition, and a Social Media Specialist for Christie Perham Interiors. In 2018, they were an Executive Assistant and Events Coordinator for Better.com. In 2019, they became an Event and Travel Coordinator for GTN, a United Talent Agency company. In 2021, they were appointed as the Head of Customer Success for Glean.

Cassie Crail attended the University of South Carolina from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, with a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. Cassie is currently enrolled in Learning @ Morning Brew.
