Chris Hagen

Chris Hagen is the SVP of Property Management at GLEIBERMAN PROPERTIES, INC. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the property management industry.

Chris started their career as a property manager for R&B Realty Apartment Management Co. in 1995. Chris was promoted to Northwest Regional Manager in 1990 and then to Director of Property Management in 1996.

In 1998, they left R&B to join ET Consultants / EMT Residential as Vice President of Operations. Chris was responsible for all aspects of the company's property management and home acquisition, remodeling, and sales operations in four states. Chris also managed a million-dollar loan portfolio and a multi-million-dollar rental program.

In 2010, they joined Essex Property Trust as Division Manager. Chris oversaw the management of Essex's properties in Southern California. In 2016, they left Essex to join Irvine Company as Vice President, Community Management.

Chris has a proven track record of success in the property management industry. Chris is a strategic thinker and an effective leader. Chris is committed to providing excellent service to their customers and residents.

Chris Hagen studied hotel and restaurant management at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Chris earned their bachelor's degree from the school.

They are on a team with Joseph C. Anfuso - CFO, Patti Carsello Gray - COO, and Lane Jorgensen - VP, Investment Management. Their manager is Touche Ross, CEO.
