Jana Rajan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various marketing roles. Jana started their career in 1999 with Unilever, where they participated in the Unilever Future Leader Program and worked as a Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager. During their time at Unilever, Jana led new product development, consumer communication, and market research studies. Jana achieved significant revenue growth and successfully launched major innovations in competitive markets.

In 2005, Jana joined Mattel, Inc. as an International Brand Manager, leading the launch of infant and preschool brand portfolios in emerging markets. Jana later became the Group Marketing Manager for Europe, where they oversaw 32 brands and collaborated with strategic licensors. Jana formulated regional marketing strategies and achieved harmonized market strategies across multiple countries.

Jana's most recent role was as the Head of International Marketing at Gü Puds. Jana relaunched the brand in Germany, achieving significant revenue and profit growth across multiple countries.

Currently, Jana is the Marketing Director Flame at Glen Dimplex, where they are responsible for igniting customers' desire for stylish and sustainable fireplaces. Jana leads a team and oversees marketing efforts in several markets.
