Andy Gubbins

Andy Gubbins has a strong background in product management, marketing, and brand management, with a focus on the cabinetry and furniture industry. Andy started their career at MasterBrand Cabinets in 2000, where they held various roles, including Director of Dealer Channel Marketing and Director of Portfolio Management. In 2013, they joined OFS Brands as the Director of Marketing, overseeing the OFS and First Office brands. Gubbins returned to MasterBrand Cabinets in 2016 and served as the Director of Product Management for their UltraCraft brand and later as Director of Decora' Product Management. In 2020, they were promoted to Director of Product and Marketing, but eventually moved to Glen Raven in 2022 as the Director of Product for the Window division. Andy'sextensive experience in the industry makes him a valuable asset in driving product strategy and marketing initiatives.
