Alen Yen

Alen Yen is the President and Creative Director of IFACTORY, as well as the SVP of RDW Group at IFactory, a division of RDW Group Inc. Alen is the President of the Board of Trustees at Glen Urquhart School and the Managing Partner of Diventi LLC. Alen is also the Founder of incubot productions and ToyboxDX.com. With a background in design and education, Alen has a BFA in Industrial Design and Metalsmithing from the University of Michigan, an MA in Education from Rhode Island School of Design, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
