Jamie Wallace

Jamie Wallace is a seasoned professional in carbon trading and environmental products, currently serving as the Head of Carbon Trading at Glencore since July 2021. Previously, Jamie held various roles at BP from January 2005 to March 2021, including Head of Environmental Products Asia, where leadership focused on carbon markets across New Zealand, Australia, and China, as well as renewable power initiatives. Jamie also worked as an Originator in the European Emission trading team in London and fulfilled product control roles covering European power, gas, emissions, and crude oil. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte, specializing in financial services audit for clients in banking, insurance, and commodity trading. Jamie holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Nottingham, earned between 1998 and 2001.
