Tao Li

Tao Li has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and IT, currently serving as GIS Manager and previously as GIS Analyst for the City of Glendale since March 2017. In addition, Tao has worked as an IT System Analyst for the City of Pasadena since January 2014, focusing on process automation and the development of GIS applications. Previous experience includes serving as an Application Developer at the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works from April 2007 to December 2013, where Tao specialized in GIS desktop plugins and database administration. Academically, Tao holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles, and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Applied Mathematics and Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
