Tony McLoughlin

Tony McLoughlin has extensive work experience in the construction and development industry. Tony is currently the Managing Director of Planning, Design, Manufacturing, and Operations at Glenveagh Properties PLC. Prior to this, they held the positions of Head of Construction and Construction Director at the same company. Before joining Glenveagh Properties, Tony worked as a Contracts Manager at Bridgedale M&D. Tony also worked at William Grant & Sons as a Chartered Structural Engineer and Site Agent, where they were involved in feasibility studies, tendering, and procurement of large civil and structural projects. Earlier in their career, Tony worked as a Project Manager at Deane Homes, where they oversaw the construction of a medium-sized residential project. Tony also worked as a Structural Engineer and Project Manager at Menolly Homes, where they were responsible for the engineering and project management of a mixed residential development. Tony McLoughlin attended Technological University Dublin from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Structural Engineering. In November 2005, they obtained a certification for their Bachelor's degree from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
