Shikha Agrawal

Shikha Agrawal has a strong background in software engineering and data analysis. Shikha is currently working as a Data Platform Integrations Engineer at Glew. Prior to this, they worked at Lumen Technologies as a Lead Software Engineer from November 2017 to August 2021.

Before joining Lumen Technologies, Shikha Agrawal worked at CenturyLink as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2011 to November 2017. In this role, they were involved in multiple projects focused on Java development, REST API design, and microservices deployment. Shikha also played a key role in the integration of CenturyLink with other major carriers and led the development of various features and solutions.

Shikha Agrawal gained experience in system development and analysis at Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc, where they worked as a Systems Development Analyst from July 2008 to October 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Business Intelligence Project Lead at Ford Credit from November 2005 to July 2008.

Shikha started their career at Quicken Loans as a Data Warehouse/OLAP Engineer in the Business Intelligence Team from July 2004 to September 2005.

Shikha Agrawal also worked at Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc as a System Development Analyst from June 2000 to June 2004. During their time there, they developed financial applications, created reports and analytical solutions, and led architecture efforts for a web-based enterprise-wide business intelligence/financial analysis portal.

Shikha began their professional journey as a System Analyst at Johnson Controls from August 1999 to May 2000. In this role, they maintained and supported manufacturing ERP systems and managed Oracle databases.

Throughout their career, Shikha Agrawal has demonstrated expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, PL/SQL, REST API development, and Agile methodologies. Shikha has successfully delivered complex releases and provided production support for various projects.

Shikha Agrawal obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science/Information Systems from Lawrence Technological University from 1998 to 2000. Shikha also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Information Systems from Wayne State University from 1998 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in July 2021.
