Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Utah 

The role 

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our COO and GTM Leaders. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Attend high-profile meetings with Executives, take notes and coordinate follow-up
  • Manage complex calendars for CEO and founders
  • Handle expense reports and reimbursements
  • Develop presentations and materials for different departments
  • Special projects and research assignments
  • Operational/ Administrative office duties in collaboration with HR / Operations teams
  • Coordinate complex international travel and scheduling
  • Plan and execute events including board meetings, executive meetings, etc.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work on-site in the Lehi office 3 days a week and as needed for events or meetings
  • 2-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Passion for start-ups, technology, and business building
  • Known for taking initiative
