As our Technical Recruiter, you’ll spearhead the recruitment efforts, ensuring we bring aboard the best and brightest to drive our company's expansion in the engineering and product departments, with a particular focus on technical recruiting.

What you'll do

  • End-to-End Recruiting: You’ll handle the entire recruitment process, from identifying prospects to sealing the deal.
  • Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels and partnerships to build a pipeline of exceptional candidates, going beyond conventional platforms.
  • Collaborating Hiring Managers: Provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey, offering support while challenging them to seek excellence.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates receive a seamless and personalized experience, reflecting Glia's commitment to excellence.
  • Process&Tools Optimization: Continuously refine our hiring processes and tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Talent Acquisition Systems: You are an expert in variable  ATS, AI sourcing, HRIS, and LinkedIn resources
  • Employer Branding Collaboration: Work closely with Glia's Marketing and People teams to creatively promote career opportunities and enhance our employer brand.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Focus: Drive initiatives to ensure our recruiting practices align with Glia's Diversity and Inclusion commitment, creating an equitable process for all candidates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Full-Cycle Recruiter experience 
  • Proven track record in technical recruiting within fast-growing companies, with a specific focus on R&D
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated expertise in negotiating terms with candidates to secure top talent for the organization leveraging both cash and equity. 
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are a must
  • Self-Driven and Organized: Ability to independently drive recruitment initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree
