Harry F M Simanjuntak has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Harry F M started their career in 2003 as an IT Technical and Maintenance Networking Staff at PT. Tae Bong Indonesia. Harry F M then worked at PT. Nieltha Tama as an IT Technical Support Staff before joining PT. Indomarco Adi Prima as an IT Technical Support Senior Staff. In 2008, they became an IT Technical Support Supervisor at PT. Kalbe Farma, where they supervised IT support staff and implemented various projects such as LANDESK, Video Conferencing, and IP Phone. Harry F M joined PT. Abbott Indonesia in 2014 as a Global Information Services - IT Infrastructure Specialist, responsible for 24x7 infrastructure operations and implementing technology solutions. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Roche as a Senior IT Specialist, providing support for end-user computer systems and off-the-shelf software. Harry F M then joined PT. Finansia Multi Finance in 2018 as an IT Service Desk & Technical Lead. Currently, since 2019, they are working as a Regional ASEAN IT Infrastructure Lead at GLICO, overseeing ticketing system management, supporting IT infra and operations for ASEAN users, and managing network devices in a co-location data center.Overall, Harry F M Simanjuntak has extensive experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, project implementation, and team management.

Harry F M Simanjuntak completed their undergraduate degree in Sistem Informasi (Information Systems) from STMIK SWADHARMA between 2004 and 2008. Harry F M also obtained additional certifications, including MikroTik Certified Network Associate, ITIL® version 3, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008® R2 Server Virtualization, and Project Management (2008) from various institutions. In addition, they obtained NSE 1 Network Security Associate and NSE 2 Network Security Associate certifications from Fortinet in September 2021.
