Matt Dawson

Matt Dawson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matt has worked as a Service Delivery Manager and Senior ServiceNow Developer at GlideFast Consulting since 2018. From 2014 to 2018, Matt held the role of ServiceNow Developer and Administrator at Citywide Home Loans, where they led the implementation of ServiceNow and developed custom applications to enhance efficiency. Prior to this, they worked as a Helpdesk Technician at Sundance Institute from 2011 to 2014, where they provided technical support and set up IT infrastructure for the Sundance Film Festival. Matt also has experience in front-end web development and UX/UI design. Matt worked as a Front-End Web Developer and UX/UI Designer from 2010 to 2014, focusing on creating personalized products and services. In addition, Matt has worked as a Photographer at Matt Dawson Photography from 2009 to 2014, during which they traveled extensively and showcased their work in online publications. Before that, they served as a Lotus Notes Developer and Administrator at Austrian Energy & Environment from 2007 to 2009, overseeing a large Lotus Notes company with multiple locations in the Asia-Pacific region. Lastly, Matt worked at Anglicare Sydney (Anglican Retirement Villages) from 2001 to 2007, initially as a help desk support person and later as a certified Lotus Notes/Domino Administrator, gaining exposure to various aspects of IT such as networking and security.

Matt Dawson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Griffith University in the years 2004 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from ServiceNow. These certifications include:

- Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM, obtained in October 2019

- Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM, obtained in January 2019

- ServiceNow Micro-Certification Agent Intelligence, obtained in November 2018

- ServiceNow Micro-Certification Virtual Agent, obtained in November 2018

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, obtained in June 2018

- ServiceNow Certified Administrator, obtained in December 2016.
