Shana Gross

Shana Gross has extensive work experience in the field of IT service management and consulting. Shana currently holds the position of Service Delivery Director at GlideFast Consulting, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Service Delivery Manager and a Senior Business Process Consultant at the same company.

From 2004 to 2021, Shana worked at Geisinger, where they held various roles. Their most recent position was Program Director, which they held from March 2021 to November 2021. Before that, they served as the Manager of IT Service Management from June 2018 to March 2021. Shana also had roles as a Service Desk Supervisor, System Analyst, Technical Analyst, and Service Desk Analyst during their tenure at Geisinger.
