Michael Yee

Michael Yee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael started their career as a Systems Engineer at Intraware, where they provided pre-sales technical assistance to clients on integrating web-based Internet and Intranet software solutions. Michael then joined United Messaging as a Solutions Architect before moving on to Educational Resources, Inc as a Technical Instructor, where they conducted training courses on topics such as cellular and broadband wireless technologies.

In 2004, Yee joined Arbitech, LLC as a Windows Architect, where they successfully increased Windows Active Directory and Exchange availability by implementing a high availability/fault-tolerant architecture. Michael then worked at Ameriquest Mortgage Company as a Senior Systems Engineer, responsible for infrastructure architecture and support in a large server environment.

Yee's next role was at First American Financial Corporation, where they served as a Senior IT Manager, managing IT support applications and implementing the ServiceNow platform for IT automation. Michael then joined CoreLogic as a Senior IT Manager, overseeing a team responsible for managing key IT support services and implementing various modules of the ServiceNow platform.

At Infosys, Yee worked as a Principal Consultant - ServiceNow Practice, providing expertise in ServiceNow implementations. Michael then joined Covestic as a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect, where they were responsible for the development, configuration, and implementation of over 40 ServiceNow projects.

Yee's most recent position was at GlideFast Consulting, where they held various roles including Senior Solutions Architect, Service Delivery Director, Vice President of Solutions Architecture, and Chief Solutions Officer. In these roles, they provided strategic leadership, developed client solutions, wrote Statements of Work (SOW), and managed various departments and teams. Michael also led the growth of the presales organization, expanded service offerings, and implemented global ServiceNow platform teams for clients.

Throughout their career, Yee has demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow implementations, IT support services, infrastructure architecture, and technical training.
