Jihan Zannah Fhasia

Jihan Zannah Fhasia is an accomplished professional with a strong background in communications and human resources. Currently serving as a consultant and associate consultant at Glints, Jihan previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. In addition, Jihan gained experience as a part-time English translator at IPB University. Jihan is pursuing a Master's degree in Business/Corporate Communications at LSPR Communication and Business Institute, anticipated to complete in October 2025, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Community Development from IPB University, earned in 2021.
