Mary Wandtke

Mary Wandtke has a extensive career in human resources, with their most recent role as the Head of People, Culture & Rewards at Glints, a professional platform for young people focused on career development. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at SMRT Corporation Ltd, where they oversaw the human capital strategies for 10,000 employees. Mary was also responsible for the implementation of HR policies and programs during the transformation of the company's human capital development and culture. Before joining SMRT, they held various positions at the company, including Senior Manager, Deputy Director, and eventually Director of Human Resource Development/SMRT Institute. During their time at SMRT, they played a key role in launching the SMRT Institute and was involved in the development of training programs for the railway workforce.

Mary Wandtke earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the National University of Singapore in 2001. Mary then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, which they completed in 2004.
