Cynthia Rosemberg Almanza is currently working as an Associated Manager at NielsenIQ since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Teaching Assistant Professor at Global Alumni starting from 2022. From 2021 to 2022, Cynthia worked as a Consumer Marketing Insights Consultant in an unspecified company.

Cynthia's earlier experiences include working as an Analyst/Project Leader/On-Site Executive at Pearson S.A. de C.V. from 2007 to 2008, a Marketing Research Trainee at Takasago in 2006, and a Commercial Assistant at CEMEX in 2005.

Cynthia began their career as an Administrative and HR Assistant at CASTELEC in 2004.

Cynthia Rosemberg Almanza pursued their education in a variety of fields and obtained several certifications throughout their career. Cynthia began with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Universidad Tecnológica de México, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they attended the Centro Avanzado de Comunicación Eulalio Ferrer, where they obtained a specialization in Public Relations from 2005 to 2006.

Cynthia later pursued an MBA from the Universidad Tecnológica de México, specializing in Business Administration, from 2010 to 2012. In 2013 to 2014, they completed a diploma program in Market Research from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.

In addition to their formal education, Cynthia has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications in Create a Brand Strategy, Cómo presentar y enganchar a tu público, Design Thinking: Inteligencia de datos, Power BI: Visualizaciones e informes, Presentaciones orales online efectivas, Fundamentos de marketing B2B, Programa Directivo Storytelling, Cómo escribir con eficacia, Cómo vender con storytelling, parte 1: Los elementos de una gran historia, and Strategic Thinking. These certifications were obtained from institutions like LinkedIn and Escuela de Mercadotecnia (EDEM), with the most recent obtained in 2022.
