Francisco Javier Cebamanos

Francisco Javier Cebamanos is a Cloud Architect at Global Bank since November 2021, responsible for shaping and managing the organization’s cloud computing strategy, including adoption plans and application design. Prior to this role, Cebamanos served as a Bank IT Infrastructure Specialist at Banesco Panamá from November 2016 to October 2021, focusing on IBM Websphere products and the administration of the T24 platform. From February 2005 to 2016, Cebamanos held the positions of Systems Administrator and IT Infrastructure Administrator at ASSA Compañia de Seguros, managing virtualized environments and overseeing migration to cloud services. Cebamanos obtained education from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá.
