Laurence Mignaton

Laurence Mignaton has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Laurence started their career in 2007 as a Chargée de Recrutement at Alcatel-Lucent. In 2008, they moved to Cabinet d'Expertise Comptable BEC as a Collaboratrice Social. In 2009, they joined Caudalie where they held the role of Responsable Ressources Humaines and was responsible for implementing the HR policy across 10 establishments and 375 employees. In 2021, they became the Head of Human Resources at Global Bioenergies.

Laurence Mignaton attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2007-2008, where they obtained a Master 2 Ressources Humaines degree in the field of Ressources Humaines.
