Rachel Ferry

Rachel has an array of professional experience in both human resources and mental health services. Rachel worked in psychiatric crisis and geriatric support services before making her shift to a human resources profession. Before Northstar, Rachel worked for a healthcare company in their Talent Acquisition department. While there, Rachel served on the leadership board for the Women’s Employee Resource Group and earned her certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
