Rustam Ro

Rustam Ro is the CEO and Founder of IMAN, a platform established in 2020 that facilitates banks in offering interest-free financial products compliant with Islamic finance principles. In June 2024, Rustam Ro also founded a global digital banking system leveraging blockchain-backed RegTech and BaaS technology. As a Blockchain Ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council since 2022, Rustam Ro contributes to the industry's growth through this leading global association. Previously, Rustam Ro has held significant roles including Operations & Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation and Senior Investment Associate at IFG Capital, focusing on investment advisory in Central Asia. Additional experience includes serving as an Advisor to the Country Manager at Mogo Finance and as an Audit Associate at EY. Rustam Ro holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University, completed in 2018, and attended Westminster International University in Tashkent in 2013-2014.
