Mario Lerias

Mario Lerias has extensive experience in technical design and quality management. Mario began their career as the VP of Technical Design and Quality at Cliftex Corp., where they managed design, pattern, quality, and sample departments for a large men's tailored clothing manufacturer. Mario then moved on to Lord West Inc., where they transitioned the entire operation from New York to Central and South America, increasing profitability by 50%. At Neema Clothing Ltd., Lerias facilitated the move of the manufacturing operation to Asia and set up efficient production lines. Mario then joined Fishman and Tobin, where they managed pattern departments, sample rooms, specs, and fit/balance for various classifications. Lerias also implemented 3D virtual sampling processes and explored automated measuring software. Currently, they are the SVP of Technical Design and Quality at Global Brands Group, overseeing technical design functions and continuously improving the speed and efficiency of the production process.
