Mark Caldwell

Chief Financial Officer of the Group since December 2018. In 2010, joined LF USA, predecessor of the Group, as a Vice President of Finance, Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller in 2012, and then Executive Vice President of Finance in 2014. Prior to joining the Group, worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Holds an undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from the University of Manchester.
