Kyle Emens

Kyle Emens has had a diverse work experience. Kyle started their career as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network from September 2002 to March 2004. Kyle then worked as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International Inc from September 2004 to May 2005. Kyle then served as a Recruiter at Venture Direct Worldwide from December 2005 to February 2006. Kyle joined Mercer in February 2007 as a Senior Associate and remained there until September 2010. At Mercer, they built client relationships, managed client revenue, and conducted data analysis, among other responsibilities. Kyle then moved on to J.P. Morgan where they held the role of Compensation Manager - VP from October 2010 to August 2015. In this position, they managed compensation planning for various departments and performed pool modeling. Currently, Kyle is working as VP, Global Compensation at Global Brands Group, a role they have held since September 2015. In this role, they are responsible for compensation management and reporting for approximately 6,500 employees in multiple countries.

Kyle Emens attended Rutgers College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy. Kyle also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Rutgers University in 2000.
