Robert Smits

Robert Smits has a diverse work experience, starting as an Associate at JONES DAY® from September 1988 to December 2003. Robert then joined Salans LLP as a Partner from January 2004 to December 2012. Following this, they worked at Global Brands Group as EVP, Secretary, and General Counsel from January 2013 until present. Most recently, they joined Creative Artists Agency as an Attorney in January 2022.

Robert Smits earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Hamilton College, where they attended from 1979 to 1983. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of California, Davis - School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 1985 to 1988.
