Lili-Anna Peresa

Lili-Anna Peresa is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Global Canada since October 2024, Lili-Anna previously held the position of President and CEO at The J.W. McConnell Family Foundation from 2020 to 2024. Prior roles include Presidente Directrice Générale at Centraide du Grand Montréal (2012-2020), Directrice générale at ONE DROP (2009-2012), and Directrice générale of Amnesty International in France (2004-2006). Lili-Anna also led the Y des femmes de Montréal - YWCA as Directrice générale from 1999 to 2004. Academic credentials include a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, a Master degree in Political Science from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Graduate Degree in Management from McGill University, along with additional training through the International Women's Forum (IWF).
