Vibha Sharma is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, leadership, and business. Vibha is currently serving as the Guide & Executive Coach at Chief, a position they started in December 2022. Vibha is also the Founder, CEO, Author, and Mindful Leadership, Personal Transformation & Spiritual Coach at Cosmicways Holistic Life Coaching since February 2011. Vibha has held various leadership roles, including Chairperson of the San Francisco Chapter for Mindfulness at ALL LADIES LEAGUE since July 2019 and California State Chair Oneness and Wisdom at G100: Mission Million since February 2022.

In addition, Vibha has served as a BetterUp Conscious Business and Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp since February 2019. Vibha is a Member of the Global Chamber of Business Leaders since January 2021, and a Global Goodwill Ambassador at Global Goodwill Ambassadors (GGA) since January 2020. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in December 2022. Prior to that, they received a Transformation Life Coach Certification from Transformation Academy in October 2021. In September 2021, they obtained certifications as a Psych-K Facilitator from PSYCH-K® Facilitation and as a Regression Hypnotherapist from The International Regression Institute.
