Anna Schwarzmann, LL.M (Stockholm)

Anna Schwarzmann, LL.M (Stockholm) has extensive experience in the legal and environmental sectors. Anna is currently the Head of ESG and Legal at Global Climate GmbH, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager EU Policy at SYSTEMIQ Ltd. from May 2020 to January 2023. Anna also served as a Lawyer at SNP Schlawien Partnerschaft mbB Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater Wirtschaftsprüfer from May 2019 to April 2020, and at Noerr LLP from October 2016 to March 2018. Additionally, Schwarzmann worked as a Legal Trainee at the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights e.V. (ECCHR) in June 2015. Anna also gained valuable experience as a Legal Trainee at the Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Naturschutz und nukleare Sicherheit from April 2014 to July 2014, actively contributing to negotiations on marine protection areas and climate change issues. Furthermore, they interned at WECF (Women in Europe for a Common Future) in June 2012, and worked as a Research Associate at Noerr LLP from February 2011 to August 2011.

Anna Schwarzmann, LL.M (Stockholm), completed their education at various institutions over a span of several years. Starting in 2004, they attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they pursued a degree in Law and successfully completed their Erstes Staatsexamen in 2011. In 2012, Anna enrolled at Stockholm University, where they specialized in International Environmental Law and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in 2013. Additionally, Anna attended Stockholm University once again, although the start and end years are unknown, where they received an LL.M in International Environmental Law.
