Marjolijn Vlug

Marjolijn Vlug is a co-active trained and professionally certified coach specializing in career coaching, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and inclusive leadership. Since September 2018, Marjolijn has worked with internationals and multi-passionate individuals to help them shape fulfilling careers and enhance their contributions to DEI initiatives. Marjolijn also coaches expat partners, co-founded the Global Inclusion in Practice podcast, and has extensive experience in HR communications and advisory roles across various organizations. Educational qualifications include a BA in English from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a MA in Film & Literature from the University of Essex, and several certifications in HR management and leadership.
