Irene Xian

Irene Xian has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Irene started their career in 2021 as a Project Consultant at the Global Consulting Group, where they provided pro-bono consulting services to nonprofit organizations. Irene then transitioned to the role of HR Officer and later Project Manager within the same organization. In 2022, they became a Branch Operating Officer before eventually assuming the position of President in 2023. Irene also gained experience as a Strategy Consulting Vacationer at Monitor Deloitte in 2023. Additionally, they worked as an Assurance Trainee at PwC Australia from 2021 to 2023.

Irene Xian is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Finance degree at Monash University, with a major in Accounting and a minor in Economics and Econometrics. Prior to their university studies, they completed the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) at Camberwell Girls Grammar School in 2019. Irene has also obtained certifications such as the Working with Children Check from the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, and participated in virtual experience programs in investment banking from Citi and J.P. Morgan.
