Tom Kondo

Tom Kondo, MHRM, serves as the Head of HR - Americas for Global Critical Logistics since March 2025, overseeing human resources for multiple brands. Prior to this role, Tom was the Senior HR Director at Skyryse from June 2023 to March 2025, contributing to the development of the FlightOS operating system. Additionally, Tom held the position of Human Resources Director at Science 37, focusing on decentralized clinical trials from June 2021 to June 2023. Previous HR leadership roles were at Air New Zealand, Cushman & Wakefield, Transamerica, Apple Inc., The Walt Disney Company, and L'Oréal, culminating in a robust career spanning various industries and HR functions. Tom Kondo holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the University of Southern California.
