Gill Thomas

Gill Thomas has a long and varied work history, starting in 1988 with Fibernet. During this time, they held the role of Technical, Business Development and Sales Management, providing pre and post sales technical support, selling LAN equipment, installation and professional services, and developing the wholesale side of the business. In 2006, they moved to Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager, providing solutions sales to enterprise customers. In 2015, they joined SSE Enterprise Telecoms as a Data Centre Consultant, and in 2017 they moved to Verizon Enterprise Solutions as a Senior Client Executive. Currently, Gill is the Director of Engagement, Capacity and Resilience Program for Global Cyber Alliance, an international, cross-sector effort dedicated to eradicating cyber risk and improving our connected world.

Gill Thomas attended the University of Reading from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering with a subsidiary in Mathematics.
