Ann Murage

Ann Murage has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Ann started their career at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management as a Project Coordinator in February 2009 and later became a Project Manager from April 2015 to May 2016. Ann then joined the Rural and Agricultural Finance Learning Lab as a Learning Associate from June 2016 to May 2018, and later became the Programme Operations Manager from May 2018 to May 2021. Currently, they are working at The Global Development Incubator, where they started as an Operations Manager in May 2018 and then became the Programme Manager for the Economic Inclusion Programme under KSEIP from November 2020. Ann has now taken on the role of Associate Director for Programmes & Operations since November 2022.

Ann Murage has a diverse and extensive education history. Ann obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Sociology from the University of Nairobi, attending from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Certified Expert in Microfinance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, studying from 2011 to 2012.

Continuing their education, Ann completed a program in Certified Expert in SME Finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in 2015. In the same year, they enrolled in the University of Liverpool and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, which they completed in 2018.

Throughout their career, Ann has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills. These include "How to Master Your Executive Presence" and "Upskilling and Reskilling Your Workforce" from LinkedIn in August 2023, "Gender Analytics for Innovation" from the University of Toronto in July 2023, "Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities" from LinkedIn in April 2023, "Decision-Making Strategies," "Getting Things Done," and "Communicating In the Language of Leadership" from LinkedIn in July 2020, "Adaptive Leadership" from +Acumen in December 2019, "Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design" from +Acumen in September 2015, and "Human Centered Design" from NovoEd in August 2015. Additionally, Ann obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - K certification from kasneb in December 2006.
