Idan Har Even (Lev Ari)

Idan Har Even (Lev Ari) has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. Idan started their career in 2004 as a Developer at Virtech Software, where they developed information systems and worked on the online advertising campaign system called "Merlin."

In 2005, Idan joined 888.com as a Developer, where they worked on developing the online payment system and various business modules. Idan later took on roles as a Senior Software Engineer, where they had end-to-end responsibility for major modules such as Risk Management system and API gateway. Idan also served as an R&D Technical Leader and R&D Team Leader, leading development teams and managing complex software development projects.

In 2016, Idan joined Global-e as the Director of Core Services R&D. Idan was responsible for the Core R&D department, overseeing checkout UI/UX, payment processing, shipping and tax calculation algorithms, and more. Idan then became the VP R&D, Core Services, where they led all aspects of R&D and managed the productivity and efficiency of the department. Currently, Idan holds the position of VP, Technology & Innovation at Global-e, where they led the technological due diligence process for two companies acquired by Global-e. Idan also oversees the technical analysis of partnership offers from other companies.

Throughout their career, Idan has demonstrated strong technological skills, excellent managing skills, and a passion for adopting new technologies. Idan has experience in application life cycle management, security aspects of payments, performance tuning, and recruitment of developers.

Idan Har Even (Lev Ari) obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Braude Academic College between the years 2001 and 2005.
